Welcome to the online home of  the O'Donnell Maguire School of Irish Dancing.

The school was started in 1991 by Michelle O'Donnell as the O'Donnell School of Irish Dancing.  In 2016 Marie Maguire who first came to Michelle as a five year old wanting to learn to dance passed her TCRG (Teachers) exam and in recognition of the hard work Marie has put in to the school over the years, Michelle made Marie a partner and the newly named O'Donnell Maguire School of Irish Dancing was born.  It is the only Irish Dancing school in Wales with two qualified teachers.

The O'Donnell Maguire School have Irish Dance classes in Cardiff and Newport catering for everyone from beginner up to world championship level.

Whilst Irish Dancing can be very competitive, with competitions (Feisanna) ranging from our own class Feis through to National and International Championships, we believe that whatever your own personal asperations are, be it the next World Champion or to just learn something new and keep fit along the way, it should be FUN.

In addition to the Irish Dance Classes we are also able to provide Display Teams for events such as weddings, christenings etc. through to larger displays (appearances include Cardiff City Stadium, Blues v London Irish, S4C, the Jonathan Show, Tredegar House Folk Festival, Celtic Manor, Newport and many more).

If you require any further information please feel free to contact Michelle or Marie.
